Hundreds of walkers are expected (and you're invited too!) to join the Twin Cities 'fundraising walk for Angelman Syndrome. Other walks are being held across the country.
The Columbia Heights Police Department is being honored with the Community Partnership Award.
The honor comes from the Minnesota Literacy Council and recognizes the department's work with the Metro North Adult Basic Education Center and their multi-cultural students.
